Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study participants were selected based on women of childbearing age residing in the metropolitan area. The inclusion criteria are as follows: 1. Women who have experienced menarche and are currently menstruating. 2. Women who understand the purpose, methodology, and procedures of the study and voluntarily consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Individuals who have experienced an accident within the past three months. Individuals diagnosed by a physician with gynecological diseases such as pelvic inflammatory disease, cervical cancer, or endometriosis. Individuals diagnosed by a physician with severe conditions such as cancer, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, or rare and intractable diseases. Individuals with detected neurological or mental disorders.
