Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? A person who has consented in writing to the patient or his/her guardian to borrow the research ? If the initial evaluation of admission to the neurology general ward and the delirium tool (Nu-DESC) score of 2 or higher during hospitalization were confirmed and the symptom occurred during the hospitalization period ? Patients confirmed to have a score of 2 or more when measured daily using the Nu-DESC tool during hospitalization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? A person who has not consented in writing to the patient or his/her guardian to participate in the study ? Patients under the age of 18 ? Patients who are in a coma or semi-coma
