Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals scoring 23 or higher on the MoCA-K who were able to communicate effectively with the researcher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients under the age of 65 2) Patients who underwent hip replacement surgery for reasons other than fall-related fractures

| This study is a qualitative case study that derives research findings through interviews rather than measuring key outcome variables using assessment tools. The content used in the interviews is as follows. (We will begin by introducing ourselves., Please briefly introduce yourself., Have you ever experienced a fall in your daily life?, If so, under what circumstances did it occur?, When you recall the experience of falling, which moment stands out the most in your memory?, What were your emotions and reactions at the time of the fall?, Since the surgery, what has been the most emotionally difficult moment for you?, What thoughts and feelings did you have during that time?, What do you consider to be the most significant source of stress following the surgery?, How do you feel about receiving rehabilitation treatment at present?, Were there any aspects of the rehabilitation process that were particularly challenging or different from what you expected?, What situations or factors during your hospital stay have caused the greatest discomfort?, Are there specific activities in your daily life that you now find particularly difficult?, If so, what kind of support do you think would be helpful?, What are you most mindful of now in order to prevent another fall?, How has your lifestyle changed since the fall compared to before?, How did your family or those around you react after the surgery?, How have those reactions affected your emotions or daily life?, Do you have someone you can rely on emotionally?, Looking back on your life after surgery, what advice would you give to other older adults who may be going through a similar experience?) | — |
