Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those with golf experience of more than 1 year and mild back pain (VAS 4 points or less) not caused by a specific pathology that has persisted for more than 4 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were acute LBP, severe pain with a VAS score of 5 or higher, orthopedic history and surgical history of the lumbar and lower extremities, neurological signs consistent with nerve root compression, congenital malformation, cognitive and perceptual deficits, depression or emotional instability, and diseases and medications affecting balance.
