Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of Heart Failure (Heart failure is diagnosed based on the 2022 Korean Society of Heart Failure guidelines. It refers to cases where a patient with risk factors, symptoms, and/or signs suggestive of heart failure, as well as electrocardiographic abnormalities, shows findings consistent with heart failure through NT-proBNP testing and echocardiography.) 2.Patients Requiring Medication That Affects Blood Pressure or Pulse This includes study participants who require administration of medications associated with blood pressure fluctuations, such as angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin receptor blockers, beta-blockers, mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists, SGLT2 inhibitors, loop diuretics, or vasodilators. Additionally, it includes those who require medications affecting pulse rate, such as ivabradine, digoxin, or amiodarone, necessitating blood pressure and pulse monitoring. 3.Aged 19 Years or Older and Providing Voluntary Consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - When blood pressure calibration using a traditional cuff-based sphygmomanometer on both upper limbs is not possible - When the smart ring cannot be worn on either hand - When there is a significant difference in blood pressure between both upper limbs (defined as a systolic blood pressure difference of =20 mmHg or a diastolic blood pressure difference of =10 mmHg) - When there is peripheral vascular disease in the upper limb arteries (=50% stenosis in the subclavian, brachial, ulnar, or radial artery, or a history of angioplasty, stent placement, or surgical treatment) - When there is an abnormal Allen test result
