Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients aged 65 years and older who underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty at our hospital -Able to perform activities of daily living postoperatively -Able to participate in the intervention within 5 days after surgery -Voluntarily agreed to participate after receiving a full explanation of the study purpose and procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairment or serious psychiatric conditions that hinder study participation Patients with motor dysfunction due to stroke or central nervous system injury Patients with preoperative severe knee deformities or functional limitations due to morbid obesity Patients with hearing or visual impairments that prevent understanding of the study or participation in motor imagery training
