Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone gastrectomy for gastric cancer at our institution. Patients aged 18 years or older and younger than 85 years. Patients who are able to consume food orally after gastrectomy. Patients who use a smartphone capable of installing the KakaoTalk application. Patients with at least a primary school education who are able to read written text. Patients who have received a full explanation of the potential risks associated with the clinical study prior to surgery and have provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of another malignancy or metastasis diagnosed within the past 5 years. Patients who are receiving or are expected to receive enteral tube feeding or total parenteral nutrition. Patients deemed unsuitable for this study by the research team due to clinically significant medical or psychiatric conditions. Patients who own a mobile device that cannot install or run the KakaoTalk application due to technical limitations. Patients whom the research team determines are unlikely to adapt to text messaging or comply with other study procedures.
