Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) have experienced back pain for at least 3 months, 2) be male and Female between the ages of 20 and 39, 3) scored between 1 and 40 percent on the Korean Oswestry Low Back Pain (KODI) questionnaire, 4) no participating in sports or fitness training for the back muscles for up to 3 months prior to the start of the study, 5) be with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) of 10 to 70 mm, and 6) be seen a doctor for low back pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) had experienced nerve root compression or reflex motor sign deficits, 2) had experienced spinal surgery or fracture, 3) had structural abnormalities of the lumbar spine (e.g., herniated discs, scoliosis, spondylolisthesis, stenosis, etc.), 4) were pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, or 5) had received antidepressant or antipsychotic medications within the last 4 weeks.
