Others(Training Program) : The intervention will be a situation awareness-based initial nursing round training program for the experimental group, and the control group will not receive the training p
the second round of training will be 60 minutes of face-to-face training once a week using a situation awareness-based initial nursing round protocol and scenarios
and the third round of training will be 30 minutes of 1:1 debriefing with one patient within 30 minutes after the first day or evening nursing rounds for one week.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ward nurses at one general hospital in Gyeonggi-do who have completed orientation in charge of inpatient care, understand the purpose and procedures of the study, and agree to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: New nurses less than 3 months old who are not independently responsible for patients, nurse managers above the level of head nurse who are not directly responsible for patients Dropout Criteria: Participants who withdraw even after agreeing to participate in the study, and those who are unable to continue the study due to a change of department, resignation, or leave of absence.
