Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Those who were able to walk independently before the onset of the disease Those with a bilateral step length asymmetry ratio of 1.08 or higher Those with a walking speed of 0.5 m/s or higher Those with cognitive ability to understand and follow the researcher's instructions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with lower extremity joint deformities Those with cerebellar lesions Those with other diseases that may cause walking abnormalities, such as orthopedic problems or musculoskeletal diseases of the lower extremities Those with unstable heart disease or other underlying diseases that prohibit physical activity Women of childbearing age who are pregnant or may become pregnant
