Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chronic limb threat ischemia (Patient with chronic limb threatening ischemia, Rutherford 5) 2) Arterial stenosis/closing lesion greater than or equal to 10 cm and less than knee of anterior tibial artery or a posterior tibial artery 3) 19 years of age or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: "1) Acute lymphatic ischemia 2) Taboos on the use of antithrombotic agents or anticoagulants: thrombocytopenia (<100,000/ul), cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and other major hemorrhages 3) a woman of pregnancy or childbearing age 4) Life expectancy less than one year"
