Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: · Individuals with a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 30 · Individuals who can consume either the intervention food(Takefit Care/Namyang Dairy Products Corporation., Ltd.) or the placebo product (dextrin powder/Namyang Dairy Products Corporation., Ltd.) for 10 weeks · Individuals who can understand the purpose of this human clinical trial and voluntarily provide written informed consent · Individuals who have not consumed protein supplements in the past six months · Individuals who agree not to consume any protein supplements other than the provided test food during the study period · Individuals who are able to visit the research center at Kyung Hee University Global Campus twice during the study period (Week 0 and Week 10) for anthropometric measurements, muscle mass assessments, physical function evaluations, basic blood tests, and questionnaire participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: · Individuals who have difficulty performing daily activities · Individuals who have participated in another clinical trial within three months prior to the first visit · Individuals who regularly engage in high-intensity exercise ? High-intensity exercise refers to either: Aerobic exercise (e.g., brisk walking, cycling, table tennis) = 150 minutes per week Strength training (e.g., sit-ups, push-ups, stair climbing, dumbbell exercises) = 2 days per week involving full-body workouts · Individuals with acute or chronic diseases that impose health restrictions · Individuals with alcohol abuse (= 140 g per week, equivalent to approximately 2.5 shots of soju per day) · Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes · Individuals diagnosed with severe depression, schizophrenia, or substance abuse disorders · Individuals deemed unsuitable for the trial by the investigator · Individuals who have experienced bone fractures within the past year · Individuals suffering from severe gastrointestinal symptoms, such as heartburn or indigestion · Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal surgery (excluding appendectomy)
