Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Elderly patients aged 65 or older scheduled for elective colorectal cancer surgery - Patients capable of using a smartphone - Patients able to follow instructions during assessments (capable of obeying a 3-step command) - Patients who can ambulate (use of assistive devices is allowed) - Patients able to participate in prehabilitation for at least 2 weeks before surgery - Patients who voluntarily consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with cognitive impairment - Patients with moderate to severe cardiopulmonary disease or orthopedic conditions that make it difficult to perform the assessments - Patients who scored twelve points on 1st SPPB
