Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Undergraduate students aged 20 or older enrolled at Kongju National University’s Yesan Campus (The experiment is conducted at the Laboratory of Forest Environment and Health on the Yesan Campus, and therefore, participants are limited to students enrolled at the Yesan Campus for ease of access to the experimental site). - Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate by submitting a signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital - Those with a history of allergic reactions or multiple drug side effects - Individuals with a history of heart disease - Those with hearing impairments
