Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults, male and female, aged 20~26; those with irregular sleep schedules; including patients with allergic rhinitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Participants who had undergone surgery in a major organ or had a serious disease in a major organ within 3 months prior to the experiment were excluded from the study.
