Inclusion criteria: 1) Nurse managers with experience of creating nursing schedules on a real ward 2) Those with at least one month's experience as a nurse manager 3) Understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate voluntarily

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who cannot use a computer
