Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender: Both male and female Age: Minimum of 22 years old Work Experience: Nurses who have worked in a hospital for at least six months Consent to Participate: Individuals who understand the study objectives and voluntarily agree to participate Experience in Pressure Ulcer Care: Nurses with prior experience in pressure ulcer care or those interested in related training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate: Individuals who understand the study objectives but do not wish to participate Short work experience: Nurses with less than six months of hospital work experience Difficulty using MR devices: Individuals with physical or cognitive limitations that make it difficult to use Mixed Reality (MR) devices Prior participation in similar studies: Those who have participated in a pressure ulcer care simulation training study within the past six months Expected to drop out: Individuals likely to be unable to complete the study (e.g., those planning a leave of absence or department transfer)
