Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection, CDI chronic kidney disease (CKD stage 4 eGFR <30 mL/min/1.73m2) B. Kidney function at least 1 month ago (Bun. Creatinine)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnant or potentially pregnant patients during the study period. - Patients with severe systemic diseases deemed inappropriate by the investigator. - Patients who do not consent to participate in the study. - Those who have not had a renal function evaluation at least 1 month prior to FMT.
