Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients aged 70 or older who undergo cardiovascular intervention under deep sedation or general anesthesia - A score of 15 or higher on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - In case of grades IV and V according to the American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status classification system - Cases where normal evaluation is difficult due to language barrier/language disorder/retardation, autism disorder, or moderate to severe dementia, etc. - If communication is difficult due to visual/hearing impairment, etc. - If you have a history of anesthesia or surgery within a month
