Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Cancer patients aged 19 years or older at Seoul National University Hospital ? Individuals who can use a computer and access the internet ? Those with clinically significant distress (Distress Thermometer score = 4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who lack the ability to provide voluntary consent or have difficulty understanding and responding to the survey
