Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adults aged 19 to under 85 years ? Patients diagnosed with gastric cancer who are scheduled to undergo the following minimally invasive gastrectomy procedures: A. Laparoscopic gastrectomy B. Robot-assisted gastrectomy ? Patients who have voluntarily consented to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cases where Ropivacaine administration is contraindicated: A. Hypersensitivity to amide-type local anesthetics, including Ropivacaine B. Massive bleeding or shock state C. Sepsis ? Body mass index (BMI) below 18 kg/m² ? High risk of procedure-related bleeding due to the use of anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents ? Patients diagnosed with liver cirrhosis ? Patients experiencing chronic pain or hyperalgesia ? Patients receiving opioid analgesics preoperatively ? Patients with a history of long-term systemic steroid use ? Patients deemed to have a high likelihood of conversion to open surgery ? Other cases where the investigator determines that study participation is inappropriate
