Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Middle school baseball players registered with the Korea Baseball Softball Association (KBSA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes who have had musculoskeletal injuries within the past six months or have restrictions on exercise participation will be excluded.
