Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study targets adults aged 19 to 39 who are current smokers of either conventional cigarettes or electronic cigarettes, can receive face-to-face smoking cessation counseling at the Seoul Smoking Cessation Support Center, and agree to participate in the study after understanding its purpose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study include individuals who have previously received smoking cessation counseling at the Seoul Tobacco Cessation Center and those currently using nicotine replacement therapy (e.g., nicotine patches, nicotine gum, or Nicotinell lozenges) or pharmacological smoking cessation treatments (e.g., varenicline, bupropion).
