Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects are the general public with social anxiety levels between the ages of 19 (born on December 31, 2000 as of December 30, 2019) and 39 (born on December 31, 1979 as of December 30, 2019) selected through a self-report test. Using the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale (SADS), a self-report test, the general public with a score of 64 or higher, which is the cutoff point for significant social anxiety levels, are selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: If you are under 18 years of age, if you report a score below the cutoff point for each screening questionnaire, if you have more than 5 missing questionnaire items, if your questionnaire responses are random (e.g., check only one number, check in the order of 1-2-3-4-5), or if you have not completed the experiment. In addition, if you are currently taking psychiatric medication, if you have a psychiatric disorder, or if you are currently receiving psychotherapy or counseling, you will be excluded. The information of those who feel uncomfortable during the study and express their intention to stop will be immediately destroyed.
