Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Women aged 18 years or older who understand the study and agree to participate ? Have had a regular menstrual cycle (24-35 days) for the past 12 months ? Have experienced primary dysmenorrhea for at least 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Use of oral contraceptive pills or a hormonal intrauterine device ? Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or higher ? Diagnosis of fibromyalgia or other rheumatic diseases ? History of fracture or surgery in the lumbar, pelvic, or hip area ? Diagnosis of other obstetric and gynecological diseases
