Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a positive bacterial culture or those meeting the diagnostic criteria established by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) for the following conditions: Rheumatoid arthritis Osteoarthritis Gouty arthritis Septic arthritis Patients who fully understand the study and provide informed consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: #. Exclusion Criteria Patients under 18 years of age. Patients undergoing surgical treatment on the affected joint within the past three months. Patients presenting with symptoms in a joint that has undergone total joint arthroplasty.
