Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 to under 60 years. 2. Individuals experiencing discomfort due to pain that interferes with daily life.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have received treatment or are taking medication for neurological or psychiatric conditions such as brain injury, depression, or schizophrenia. 2. Individuals who are actively practicing meditation through a specific institution or self-training due to personal interest. 3. Individuals currently undergoing psychological counseling or experiencing other medical or pathological difficulties.
