Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. from 55 to 70 years old b. Osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 3-4) c. Android operating system mobile phone users d. Patients who can agree to informed consent e. a patient who is not participating in another study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. recent knee injury b. a rheumatoid disease c. a patient with systemic and metabolic diseases (connective tissue disease) d. Patients with a past history of inflammatory and infectious joint diseases e. Android Operating System Cell Phones Unavailable f. a person who has a compromised capacity for consent
