Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study initially recruited 36 participants aged 18 to 64 with C5-T6 SCI who resided in metropolitan areas of South Korea and had lived with SCI more than six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included comorbidities like cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome.
