Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients classified as ASA I-III who were scheduled for total knee replacement surgery in orthopedic surgery. 2)The same surgical method was used for the same surgical procedure. 3)The study includes surgeries performed using robot-assisted techniques.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with a history of severe postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) when using PCA in the past. 2)Patients for whom PCA was prepared but not started on the day of surgery due to side effects. 3)Patients with two or more of the four PCA risk factors. 4)Patients who underwent emergency surgery or had a change in the anesthesia method. 5)Patients whose surgery was performed with a modified surgical technique compared to the standard method.
