Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 19 years or older - Individuals diagnosed with the aforementioned diseases - Individuals who can read and write Korean independently - Individuals who fully understand the purpose and procedures of the study and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with high levels of agitation, irritability, suicidal risk, aggression, or delirium - Individuals with cognitive impairment that prevents independent daily functioning - Individuals whose physical or mental condition is too frail to participate in the program
