Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 to 65 who are registered as individuals with brain damage 2. Those who use manual or electric wheelchairs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with intellectual disabilities who are unable to learn 2. Those who have started surgery or drug treatment that causes changes in muscle strength and joint mobility within the past six months 3. Those who have been hospitalized for more than two weeks due to illness within the past six months
