Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 50 who have complained of subclinical pain syndrome for three months Physiological examination of subclinical pain syndrome shows that at least three out of five patients test positive A person who does not have musculoskeletal disorders in other areas A person who can understand and perform what the researcher instructs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have other medical history of shoulder joint except for subclinical pain syndrome Factors less than 3 months after complaining of subclinical pain syndrome A person who complains of shoulder pain on both sides A person who has had surgery related to the shoulder joint in the past A person who has been treated with steroid injections in his/her shoulder joint with in one year
