Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women aged 18 to 79 years who are being discharged after undergoing breast reconstruction with implant. (2) Patients scheduled for discharge with drainage tubes in operation site. (3) Individuals capable of communication via telephone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals unable to perform self-care due to acute illness or underlying medical conditions. (2) Individuals unable to respond to survey questionnaires. (3) Individuals with prior experience in managing drainage tubes or a history of breast cancer surgery.
