Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: subjects with a score of 24 or below on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT), a score of less than 85% on the Foot and Ankle Ability Measure - Sports Scale (FAAM-Sports Scale), a score of 11 or higher on the Identification of Functional Ankle Instability (IdFAI) scale are recruited. Control group: healthy subjects without history of ankle sprain are recruited. 20 subjects will be recruited for each group, considering factors such as age, body mass, height, and gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects could not perform a heel rise test 2. Subjects with history of lower extremity surgery 3. Subjects with history of any illness or pathology that may influence neuromuscular control or impede their's ability to complete testing
