Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young Caregiver: A person who is 19 years of age or older but under 35 years of age and has provided care to a parent, grandparent, or sibling with a disease or disability for more than 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have provided care to their children as parents. 2. Those who are currently participating in psychotherapy or mindfulness-based intervention programs.
