Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Registered Judo Athletes in their 20s with the Korea Sport & Olympic Committee. (2) Individuals capable of adequately performing blood flow restriction exercises. (3) Individuals with no history of leg pain within the past 6 months. (4) Individuals who understand the study's procedures and objectives and voluntarily agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., in the legs or lower back) or internal/external medical conditions. (2) Individuals currently suffering from conditions that could affect the measurements or taking medications for those conditions. (3) Individuals experiencing pain during the exercises used in the experiment.
