Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult male or female aged 40 to 64 years old - Have at least 20 teeth (including implants and primary teeth and third teeth) - Periodontal disease patients (CPI = community periodontal index of 2 or more) - 2 or more teeth with moderate or severe periodontal inflammation with a depth of 4 mm or more - Can use a multi-channel oral irrigator on your own, or you have a caregiver who can use it - A person who voluntarily agrees to a clinical trial and can comply with the test plan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Men or women under 40 years of age, 65 years of age or older - a pregnant woman - Patients treated with aspiration pneumonia due to dysphagia within 2 weeks - A person who has difficulty in determining CPI (if multiple teeth are lost) - A toothless person - Patients affected by other conditions that may affect the outcome or process of the study - For reasons such as seizure cough, the head of the study or the person in charge of the study is the subject of this clinical study a person deemed unfit
