Inclusion criteria: Older adults in daycare centers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who discontinued participation in the study midway due to difficulties in communication during the survey response process, making it impossible to proceed further. - Individuals who discontinued participation midway due to health issues or hospitalization, making it difficult to continue the intervention.
