Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA PS class I-II adult patients (2) Patients undergoing ear surgery requiring facial nerve monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unstable vital signs (2) Pregnant or lactating women (3) Patients who do not agree to participate in the study (4) Patients with allergies to anesthetic drugs (5) Patients with underlying neuromuscular disorders (6) Patients with a history of surgery or abnormalities in the area where neuromuscular monitoring is attached (7) Patients taking medications that affect muscle relaxants (8) Body mass index = 35
