Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Inclusion Criteria for the facility - Nursing homes with 30 or more residents - Facilities with at least one nurse on duty - Facilities where the facility operator understands the purpose and method of this study and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study B. Eligibility Criteria for study participants - Working as a caregiver in an nursing home - Have at least 3 months of work experience at the current workplace - Those who understand the purpose of this study and agree to participate in the study voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Exclusion criteria for the facility : none B. Exclusion Criteria for study participants - Those who do not provide direct care to residents - Those who are unable to read, write, and communicate in Korean
