Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females aged 19–29 years who are currently enrolled in a university. Individuals with no diagnosed chronic diseases, including diabetes, and not taking any specific medications. Individuals who have no difficulty using smartphones and mobile instant messenger channels (Kakao, South Korea). Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study’s purpose, procedures, and privacy protection and have provided written informed consent. Individuals who can regularly participate in nutritional counseling sessions and blood glucose monitoring during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease) by a physician. Individuals whose blood glucose levels meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes during the screening stage (Diabetes diagnostic criteria: fasting blood glucose =126 mg/dL, postprandial 2-hour blood glucose =200 mg/dL). Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Individuals following a strict dietary restriction. Individuals who are unable to use smartphones or mobile instant messenger channels (Kakao, South Korea). Other difficulties in study participation: Individuals who are unable to participate during the study period or cannot comply with the study procedures.
