Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students aged 20–25 Individuals who understand the purpose of the study and voluntarily agree to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have undergone acupuncture treatment Pregnant individuals Individuals who have undergone joint surgery with metal pins Individuals with a pacemaker Individuals who have undergone artificial joint replacement surgery Individuals with implanted metallic devices Individuals who have experienced neurological or orthopedic conditions causing neck or shoulder pain within the past year.
