Others(Mixed Reality ) : The experimental and control groups will be randomly assigned to one of two groups. The intervention period will be 30 minutes and will be conducted 5 times a week for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Anyone who is 1) over 65 years of age, 2) has been diagnosed with sarcopenia by a doctor, and 3) has no other diseases can participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have undergone orthopedic surgery within the past year, 2) Those taking medication due to another disease, 3) Those with a Cognitive Ability Evaluation (MMSE-K) score of 23 or less, 4) Those who have difficulty walking independently or have limitations in movement.
