Medical Device : - A total of 16 fencing athletes (sabre and épée) from Daejeon University were randomly assigned to either the blood flow restriction (BFR) training group or the general leg extension

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who are actively competing in the sabre or épée events as members of the fencing team at D University. 2) Those who understand the purpose of this study and provide written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have a history of deep vein thrombosis. 2) Those who have a history of varicose veins. 3) Those who have open wounds or skin lesions on the proximal thigh. 4) Those who have decreased or altered sensation in the lower limbs.
