Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 healthy subjects aged over 19 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women, subjects with serious medical conditions 2. history of major neurological disorders such as stroke, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury with loss of consciousness, and psychiatric disorders such as depression, schizophrenia, etc. 3. history of alcoholism and drug overdose 4. history of use of sleeping pills or stimulants within the last 6 months 5. history of skin abnormalities caused by skin compression (dermographism, etc.), history of systemic skin diseases, forehead and scalp skin diseases (tinea capitis, sweat bands, etc.), history of allergy to band-aids/medical double-sided tape, etc. 6. circadian rhythm disorders, hypersomnia, restless legs syndrome, event sleep, sleep apnoea, severe insomnia 7. patients with hearing impairment 8. members of the ENT department and researchers, staff of closely related departments (laboratory, etc.)
