Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) An adult over the age of 18 2) A person who has been admitted to a thoracic surgery in a hospital and has undergone coronary artery bypass surgery 3) A person transferred from the intensive care unit to a general hospital room within three days after surgery. 4) A person with no cognitive impairment and no difficulty in reading and writing Korean: (Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination[K-MMSE]) >24points

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) a person with mixed ventricular arrhythmia 2) Persons with pulmonary arterial hypertension of 60 mmHg or more 3) High risk group: EF <40%, those with symptoms and signs of NYHA Class III or IV
