Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were: 1) ages between 19 and 65, and 2) a score of 25 or above on the Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale - Concern over Mistakes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who did not agree to participate after completing a screening questionnaire for evaluating research eligibility or after receiving an explanation of the study, or those who withdrew their consent after initially agreeing to participate.
