Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosed with plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis - Persistent heel pain for a minimum of 2 weeks - Using an Android or iOS smartphone capable of running the ETP application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Symptoms persisting for more than 2 years - Presence of inflammatory joint diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis) - Concurrent osteoarthritis in the ipsilateral ankle and foot - History of surgery on the ipsilateral ankle and foot - History of fracture in the ipsilateral ankle and foot - Heel pain due to trauma - Concurrent tarsal tunnel syndrome - Presence of tumor or infection in the ipsilateral foot - Pregnant women and foreign nationals - Difficulty in using smartphone applications
