Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Older adults aged 75 years or older residing in the community. -Individuals capable of independent ambulation without assistance or supervision (Jansons et al., 2022). -Participants identified as pre-frail (1–2 points) or frail (3–5 points) based on the Korean version of the FRAIL scale (KFRAIL). -Individuals who understand the purpose and content of the study and have provided voluntary consent to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Individuals who are unable to communicate in Korean. -Individuals with literacy issues that prevent them from understanding survey content. -Individuals with physical limitations that make participation in the exercise program impossible.
